Ryan Blodgett

Ryan has tutored students at the middle school, high school, college, and graduate school levels and is dedicated to helping students succeed and excel academically. Ryan has been tutoring full-time since 2014. He is a senior tutor with years of experience tutoring tests, such as the HSPT, ISEE, SSAT, PSAT, SAT, ACT, LSAT, GRE, as well as various AP classes and tests, such as AP Calculus AB and BC, US History, English Language English Literature, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Government. Ryan also works with students in academic math from Pre-Algebra and below through Geometry, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus.

Ryan has helped students with starting scores in the bottom 1% all the way up to the top 1%, and everywhere in between. He is especially patient and enjoys helping students improve their confidence and stress management through providing techniques and strategies designed to diminish the impact of test anxiety. He is experienced in working with students with learning differences, including many who receive accommodations on standardized tests. In addition to always encouraging his students to strive for their best possible scores, Ryan believes that it is also crucial to ensure his students feel comfortable with all aspects of their exams so that they can walk away feeling like they gave it their best.
At the age of 20, Ryan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas, which he attended on a full merit academic scholarship. He then attended Harvard Law School, where he served as an Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Journal of Law & Gender, and graduated with a JD.

In high school and college, Ryan was involved in competitive speech and debate activities, during which he won numerous individual and team awards and coached a high school team to achieve frequent successes. In his free time, Ryan enjoys reading, gaming, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
