Nisha Sardella counsels candidates for graduate study and joined Marks Education in 2009. She understands the juggling act of applying to graduate programs, bringing her compassion and problem-solving skills to each search.
Nisha aims to make the process feel manageable for her clients, helping them find the best fit in a school and ensuring they put their best foot forward in the application process. She works with candidates for law school, business school, medical school, and post-baccalaureate pre-medical programs, as well as applicants for graduate academic degrees and fellowships.
Nisha enjoys supporting candidates as they navigate a complex set of decisions, including weighing the opportunity cost of graduate school and how their course of study will meet their goals. Her background as a trained family-law and tax attorney and mediator provides her with the analytical skills to assist candidates as they strategize.
Nisha Sardella believes that Marks Education’s tailored approach highlights the unique learning style of every individual, something she understands as she raises a household with five children ranging in age from elementary school through college. She serves on her local Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) Board, advocating for students with special needs and the programs and policies that affect them. She also serves on Harvard’s Schools and Scholarships Committee, interviewing candidates for undergraduate admission.
Nisha loves puzzles and will even work through an LSAT logic game to relax. A triathlete, she completed an Ironman in 2007 and ran the Marine Corps Marathon in 2017. She is currently mastering the Rubik’s cube.
